Wayne Turner To Teach Trial Skills In National Program

Wayne TurnerThe National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) has named Wayne C. Turner one of its instructors for a weeklong trial advocacy course in July. The program, set in Boulder, Colorado, will draw lawyers from across the country.

The program applies NITA’s learning-by-doing method to allow lawyers to practice and perfect skills in the art of persuasion and trial advocacy. Participants in the program will conduct a bench trial and jury trial, along with exercises focusing on jury selection, expert witnesses, and oral advocacy in motions.

NITA, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, is a dedicated team of professors, judges and practicing lawyers who believe that skilled and ethical advocacy is a critical component of legal professionalism and all systems of dispute resolution that seek justice.
