Biography
Mason is a trial lawyer focused on complex, high-stakes matters. With more than 13 years of courtroom experience, he regularly tries jury and bench trials, handles contested and administrative proceedings, and has won several high-profile jury trials involving significant personal and professional consequences. He is often engaged at the investigative stage and guides matters through resolution, developing disciplined strategies to protect clients’ interests, reputations, and long-term objectives.
His practice includes substantial motion work, extensive depositions, and representation in sensitive civil and criminal cases. Mason began his career as a public defender, serving as a Team Lead in a major felony division where he supervised attorneys handling serious felony and homicide cases. Before joining Hoover Hull Turner, he spent two years at a litigation firm, where he handled the complex civil and criminal matters that he continues to manage today.
Mason serves on the Executive Committee of the Criminal Justice Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association, he has served on the IndyBar Advisory Committee on Business Development and Services, and is a graduate of the Indianapolis Bar Association Bar Leader Series, Class XX.
