Hoover, Hull, Turner Combine to Create Formidable Business Litigation Firm

John David Hoover, Andrew W. Hull and Wayne C. Turner are combining their years of experience, talent and success to create a new law firm focused on business litigation: Hoover Hull Turner LLP.

Hoover and Hull founded their firm in 2001. Turner chaired the litigation practice group at Bingham Greenebaum Doll. “For more than 20 years, we’ve been colleagues, co-counsel and friends with similar views of the changing legal marketplace and how firms can best serve their clients,” said Andy Hull.

“Our firm is strategically focused on litigation and our lawyers are experienced, talented and innovative,” said Wayne Turner. Two of his partners from BGD, Michael Limrick and Ken Munson, are joining the new firm. Partners from Hoover Hull in the new firm are Alice Morical, Michael Dorelli, Daniel Burke, Sean White, Jason Fulk and Laurie Martin.

As a firm focused solely on litigation, Hoover Hull Turner will handle a variety of high-stakes and complex business and other commercial cases. Firm clients include a distinguished roster of large public corporations, privately-held middle-market companies, financial institutions and professional services firm, including law firms.

“Working in a firm focused exclusively on litigation enables us to identify issues that are critical to our clients. It also allows us to develop long-term, trusting relationships with clients, working side-by-side to deliver successful outcomes,” said John David Hoover.

Hoover Hull Turner lawyers have earned reputations, locally and nationally, as talented and experienced litigators who have attained success for their clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Many firm lawyers are routinely recognized for excellence by ranking services such as The Best Lawyers in America®, The Best Law Firms in America®, Chambers and Partners®, Martindale-Hubbell®, and SuperLawyers®.

“Hoover Hull Turner lawyers have successfully tried many cases against some of the country’s best lawyers and firms,” explained Hull. “Our experience inside and outside the courtroom is advantageous in many ways. When we engage with our clients, we start high on the litigation learning curve. We’re efficient, can stick to a budget and use technology to our clients’ benefit.”

Hoover earned his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and served as a law clerk for the Indiana Court of Appeals and for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Hull received his J.D. cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Indiana Law Journal, and earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
