Biography
Finis Tatum IV is a partner with Hoover Hull Turner LLP. He practices primarily in the areas of complex civil litigation, white collar litigation and internal investigations, and governmental affairs. Finis also provides advice to minority-owned and women-owned businesses.

- Represents corporations and individuals charged in white-collar prosecutions and investigations, including bank fraud, embezzlement, securities fraud, mail fraud, access device fraud, tax evasion, aggravated identity theft, money laundering, wire fraud, white collar conspiracies, and corrupt business influence
- United States v. Lavaris Yarbrough, Case No. 1:22-cr-00019 (S.D. Ind.) – client sentenced to 30 months in case involving conspiracy to commit bank fraud and bank fraud amounting to $1,735,000
- United States v. Damel Wilson, Case No. 1:21-cr-00083 (S.D. Ind.) – client sentenced to time served in case involving drug dealing and 18 U.S.C. § 924(c) gun possession charges
- United States v. Jeffrey Gasior, Case No. 1:20-cr-00214 (S.D. Ind.) – client sentenced to 24 months in case involving bank fraud amounting to $730,000
- United States v. Anthony Jordan, 1:20-cr-000327 (S.D. Ind.) – client sentenced to time served in case involving drug dealing and 18 U.S.C. § 924(c) gun possession charges
- United States v. Vincent Crews, Case No. 1:19-cr-0222 (S.D. Ind.) – not guilty verdict following federal jury trial in case involving felony gun possession and 18 U.S.C. § 924(c) charges
