Laurie Martin to Present on HIPAA

Hoover Hull Turner partner Laurie Martin will present on three upcoming dates regarding HIPAA compliance. Laurie will present “Using HIPAA-Protected Documents in Litigation” and “HIPAA Compliance for Employers: With Sample Policies and Procedures” as part of NBI’s “HIPAA Compliance Boot Camp” seminar on September 15, 2016 in Indianapolis. Laurie will also present “HIPAA for Litigators” as part of ICLEF’s “9 Ancillary Issues in Personal Injury Litigation” seminar on September 28, 2016 in Indianapolis, and on October 5, 2016 in Merrillville, Indiana.
