Hoover, Hull, Turner Combine to Create Formidable Business Litigation Firm
John David Hoover, Andrew W. Hull and Wayne C. Turner are combining their years of experience, talent and success to create a new law firm focused on business litigation: Hoover Hull Turner LLP.
Hoover and Hull founded their firm in 2001. Turner chaired the litigation practice group at Bingham Greenebaum Doll. “For more than 20 years, we’ve been colleagues, co-counsel and friends with similar views of the changing legal marketplace and how firms can best serve their clients,” said Andy Hull.
“Our firm is strategically focused on litigation and our lawyers are experienced, talented and innovative,” said Wayne Turner. Two of his partners from BGD, Michael Limrick and Ken Munson, are joining the new firm. Partners from Hoover Hull in the new firm are Alice Morical, Michael Dorelli, Daniel Burke, Sean White, Jason Fulk and Laurie Martin.
As a firm focused solely on litigation, Hoover Hull Turner will handle a variety of high-stakes and complex business and other commercial cases. Hoover earned his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and served as a law clerk for the Indiana Court of Appeals and for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Hull received his J.D. cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Indiana Law Journal, and earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. Turner graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University’s McKinney School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Indiana Law Review, and received his Bachelor’s degree with highest distinction from Purdue University.
